"I’m truly thankful for the love and care that I have received from Patti & her team at State Farm since joining last year. They are full of Patience & are so nice. They recommended that I get renters insurance being that anything could happen and it’s better to be prepared just incase.They were absolute right! This year my house had water damage from a massive leak and I’m truly thankful that I had insurance to cover damages."

"We were looking for a local insurance agency and are extremely pleased with the service we received with the Irmo office. Melissa was extremely patient with me. I had many questions and I am very detailed. Melissa took her time on multiple occasions to ensure we fully understand our new policies. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly if I need to pop into the local office she is right there in person or only a phone call away. I truly appreciated the personal service, particularly in a day and age when most quotes or services are online and automated with a bot or cause may forms to be filled out prior to ever speaking with a live human. "Over a year ago I switched to another insurance agency because of a rate increases after years of being with Patti Grooms State Farm Insurance. They reached out several times over that time period in attempt to reel me back into the fold. They requoted insurance for me and my wife both autos and home. They came in pretty competitive and that was refreshing but what push us over the finish line was their stellar customer service. It always has been and continues to be the best customer service I've ever experienced . Not only between insurance agencies but businesses period. They aren't just your insurance agents. They are your friends."
